RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

RACCOON RIGS

For Raccoon Rigs products, we will accept returns and exchanges within 14 days on all UNUSED merchandise. 

If a product has been used, we cannot accept your return.

Customer must ship item in original packaging. We do not supply return labels.

RUTT'S MINI MOUNTS

For Rutt's Mini Mounts products... Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All items are final sale.

If your item was damaged in shipping, please reach out to us at support@raccoonrigs.com. We are happy to help!

If you submit photos or videos to us and we are unable to process your Mini Mount, Mini Rack, or Mini Mimic, you will receive a full refund.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your item got damaged during shipping, you can contact us at support@raccoonrigs.com.

We'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
